Electronic oil level regulators ERM
In multiple-compressor parallel systems oil level regulators are installed to maintain an adequate oil level. Oil is fed conventionally from a reservoir. The performance-oriented choice of all components will guarantee the regular function of the electronic oil level regulator.
In 1999 we launched our first generation of optoelectronic oil level regulators and level controls. Now we present you our 6th generation of this product class which incorporates improved features.
Due to the application of more powerful solenoid valves, our oil level regulators are approved for pressure differences of 1.5 bar up to 100 bar. The maximum working pressure up to the solenoid valve is 130 bar.
The main body connected to the compressor is approved for 60 bar or 130 bar (type: ERM6-CDH).
The devices of the ERM6 series are characterised in particular by their self-learning control behavior.

The standard versions of regulators are manufactured with a 3-/4-bolt flange and for compact installations with a thread-fitting. For the installation on various compressor sight glass designs, ESK is offering a wide range of adapters and couplings. The regulator will be delivered with the necessary mounting accessories, such as O-rings, screws etc..
Advice: To increase the lifetime of the regulator and to reduce the service costs we recommend to install oil filters in the oil return line.
