60 years of ESK –
Greetings on the anniversary from Velten

In 1960, our founder Erik Schulze decided to start his own business. Two generations later, this idea has grown into a company of 70 employees with an annual turnover of € 10 million which has given us the opportunity to look back at its 60 years of success in the refrigeration technology industry. We thank our customers in Germany and in more than 50 countries around the world for the continued trusting and long-term partnerships. Our success would not have been possible without these partnerships.

Unfortunately, in the current times of Corona-Virus, we cannot celebrate our anniversary with you and our employees.

Distribution of cooling and air-conditioning system components
to manufacturing companies and large wholesalers.
1967Transformation into »Erich Schultze KG«
1984Founding of »ESK Kältekomponenten GmbH«. Production of cooling system components for commercial and industrial cooling and air-conditioning equipment,
which covers the entire range of applications from small- to large-scale systems.
Sales and distribution is performed by »Erich Schultze KG«.
1997Merger of »Erich Schultze KG« and »ESK Kältekomponenten GmbH«
to »ESK Schultze GmbH & CO. KG«
1998Company move to Velten near Berlin
2008Overtake of share by family Danne, change of Managing Director
2014Inauguration of the new warehouse building
2017Extension of our manufacturing facilities for vessels up to 400 litres volume
202060th anniversary of our company
2022Extension of the warehouse building and expansion of the production halls
2024Complete takeover of all company shares
